The registered immovable at Nõlvakaare 4 is commercial land with a total area of 14,965 m2. We are building the region’s largest retail building at nearly 4,500 m2 on the site with Selver as its anchor on 3,400 m2.

In addition to Selver, the building is set to house a number of other businesses, offering essential goods and services in the area, such as a sports club, a pharmacy and a pet store.

The store is expected to open in summer 2024 .
