Raadi residents will be able to shop at Selver next summer

At the end of September, a building permit was issued for a commercial building in Raadi, Tartu rural municipality. Kaarsilla Kinnisvara is set to erect the region’s largest retail building of nearly 4,500 m2 on the site, with Selver as its anchor tenant.
