TEHNIKA STREET SET TO GAIN A MODERN STOCK-OFFICE

Kaarsilla Kinnisvara OÜ and Mapri Ehitus OÜ signed a construction contract for the construction of a building at Tehnika 3, Tartu. The commercial building, which will be completed by the end of 2023, will feature commercial and warehouse premises on the first floor and office premises on the second floor. The estimated cost of the construction is €5.6 million.
