CORNERSTONE FOR CRAMO’S NEW BUILDING

Yesterday, a topping-out ceremony was held on the plot at Nõlvakaare 8 in Tartu rural municipality. CRAMO will lease 50% of the building under construction, while the other half of the building is still waiting for a tenant. The building, which will be completed in September this year, is owned and developed by Kaarsilla Kinnisvara and built by Embach Ehitus OÜ.
